We are hiring for a Prestigious Government Transport Authority in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a transport control centre, fleet monitoring, dispatch, or operations coordination role. Preferably, the experience should be within UAE logistics, transport, or hospitality environments.
- Track and control all active buses using GPS/AVL systems. Ensure route adherence, schedule compliance, and quick detection of delays, deviations, or service disruptions.
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and operational disruptions by coordinating replacements, escalating issues, and maintaining uninterrupted service for hotel clients.
- Communicate directly with drivers through radio or mobile systems. In addition, provide trip instructions, route updates, shift assignments, and real-time operational adjustments.
- Maintain accurate OCC logs, update fleet management systems in real time, and generate shift reports, KPIs, and performance insights for management review.
- Monitor driver behavior via telematics, enforce safety and operational standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and support 24/7 shift-based control centre operations.
