We are hiring for a leading Real Estate Developer based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role is based in Ras Al Khaimah, with frequent commute to Dubai.
- This is a pivotal leadership role with the ultimate vision to engage individual buyers, hospitality clients, government entities, and international investors to invest in Ras Al Khaimah, requiring strong UAE real estate experience and proven growth impact.
- 15+ years of marketing experience with 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (VP/Director/CMO level) preferably in real estate development, construction, retail and hospitality is an advantage.
- Mandatory UAE real estate marketing experience with exposure to leading developers and multi-vertical portfolios.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and reputation building to strengthen market presence.
- Oversee digital marketing, CRM, and performance campaigns to drive qualified leads and ROI.
- Manage PR, events, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong brand visibility and consistency.
