We are hiring for a Prestigious Government Transport Authority in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in transport operations, fleet monitoring, or field supervision, preferably within UAE hospitality or staff transport environments.
- Conduct daily on-ground inspections at hotel pick-up/drop-off points to monitor buses, drivers, route adherence, passenger handling, and service quality.
- Act as the first responder for operational disruptions such as delays, breakdowns, or no-shows, coordinating immediate resolutions with control centres and supervisors.
- Monitor driver behavior, enforce compliance with safety and service standards, and report violations, fatigue, or unfit conditions promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, report incidents and hazards, and support safety drills and corrective action implementation.
- Prepare accurate daily field reports covering trip performance, incidents, and compliance data, supporting KPI tracking and operational decision-making.
