We are hiring for a Prestigious Government Transport Authority in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Minimum 7–10 years in transport operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing bus fleets or staff transportation contracts.
- Oversee daily staff transportation for 5-star hotel clients, ensuring efficient fleet deployment, route planning, and on-time service delivery.
- Manage driver performance, schedules, compliance, and fleet readiness using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Act as the key point of contact for hotel clients, handling service requests, performance reviews, and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Ensure adherence to UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and safety standards, including incident management and preventive measures.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
