- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of UAE real estate experience with a proven record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and end-to-end transaction processes.
- Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, present suitable options, and advise clients based on their requirements and budget.
- Negotiate terms of sale/lease and successfully close transactions to meet assigned targets
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including documentation like SPA preparation, compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities.
