- Master’s degree with 10+ years (or Bachelor’s with 12+ years) of experience, including 5 years in senior medical leadership within Saudi Arabian day surgery or ambulatory centers.
- Develop and implement medical and operational strategies that align with organizational goals and Saudi Arabia’s healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding profitable surgical service lines and strengthening physician referral networks.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to optimize operating room utilization, case volumes, and commercial performance.
- Ensure full facility compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and CBAHI accreditation standards.
- Lead clinical governance and risk management programs to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Adopt clinical analytics and digital tools to enhance the end-to-end patient journey and operational scalability.
- Identify strategic investment opportunities and expansion plans through partnerships with healthcare networks and private payers.
