We are hiring for a Boutique Luxury Real Estate Developer in Dubai.
- 5–9 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate sector.
- Mandatory UAE Real Estate experience (minimum 3 years) with exposure to both off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Strong track record in real estate sales and revenue generation within competitive markets.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure with investors and high-value buyers.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market with ability to analyze trends, forecast sales, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
