- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in government relations, client support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, immigration processes, licensing, and registration procedures.
- Manage all government-related processes including visas, labor, immigration, licensing, registrations, and renewals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and UAE government authorities.
- Manage end-to-end client requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and quality standards.
- Coach and support front-line staff and assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development.
