  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all business functions.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization policies and local labor regulations.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR teams.
