  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports to ensure smooth workflow and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly for healthcare professionals, to support future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, while supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
