- 2–5 years of experience in real estate property management, asset management, or property investment within the UAE/GCC market. Strong exposure to managing diversified portfolios (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).
- Strong financial and analytical capability, including property valuations, investment assessments, identifying opportunities, enhancing asset value, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to maximize portfolio performance.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics, developer activity, and regulatory frameworks including RERA compliance.
- Ability to liaise effectively with investors, developers, and key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
