- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in implementing CRM and ERP platforms (Salesforce, SAP), including integrations and change management.
- Experience working within vendor-led operating models, preferably in government, semi-government, or regulated environments.
- Act as the internal business owner and primary liaison for all IT and technology service providers.
- Manage and enhance CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring functional relevance, adoption, and performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee technology initiatives and projects, defining scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure IT governance, information security, compliance, and audit requirements are effectively implemented.
- Lead, coach, and develop internal and embedded IT resources to build capability and operational resilience.
- Advise senior leadership on technology strategy, platform options, and commercially viable solutions.
