- Bachelors or Masters in HRM
- CIPD or CHRMP
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within the UAE and the BFSI sector, employee engagement, using and implementing ATS systems
- Labour laws and regulations, compensation and benefits, recruitment targets sourcing platforms and channels, interview techniques, employee lifecycle, employee engagement activities
- End-to-end recruitment service to the organisation (including drawing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV’s, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline.)
- Labour laws and regulations onboarding process recruitment reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics, grievances, employee handbook, and data privacy and confidentiality.
