I’m an ambitious business professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. After a successful and highly enriching stint of 7 years with Thomson Reuters, I took the entrepreneurial plunge into the world of Talent Solutions. With a double Majors Degree in Finance, Banking & Management from the American University in Dubai, my core strength lies in Financial Advisory and People Management.

My vision is to always inspire and motivate myself and others to be better than yesterday. I have always appreciated workforce diversity and look forward to collaborating with people from various cultural backgrounds to make businesses realize their true potential by staying true to my core values of integrity, positivity, perseverance and passion for learning.

I’ve always enjoyed working with people, understanding different businesses, working on solutions and engaging with clients. I believe in using creativity and innovation to move businesses forward in this ever-changing world. People matter. Finding and keeping quality employees is one of the biggest and most important challenges we face today. Our vision with Empleo is to support organizations with their growing human capital needs for them to unleash new levels of growth.

I believe in work-life integration. In addition to passionately growing Empleo, I love a good workout session, trying out new coffee houses, shopping and traveling!
