- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further interview rounds and selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports to ensure smooth workflow and reporting accuracy.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly for healthcare professionals, to support future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, while supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
